What type of employee screening is done? All employees at FirstLantic are screened through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Florida Abuse Registry. We also require several personal and professional references. Additionally, our staff must past an oral and written exam, and then attends a detailed orientation. All of our staff are licensed/certified in their respective fields of practice.
