WHAT OUR CLINICIANS SAY....
“I’ve been in healthcare for over 20 years and can say with confidence that FirstLantic Healthcare exceeds most home health care agency standards. They make patient care their number one priority. Also, when offering assignments they go to great lengths to match caregiver’s skills with patient needs by considering the hours you are available, your geographic location, type of patient and your specialty areas. I am privileged to work for and be part of the FirstLantic Healthcare family and would encourage any RN to join us!”

- Wendy, RN

“I have been in healthcare for over 12 years and FirstLantic Healthcare is by far the best company I’ve ever worked with. The hours are flexible, the compensation is great, and the support of supervisors and staff is terrific. Best of all, the people I work with are like my family. They are warm, comfortable and inviting and go above and beyond the expected requirements to make sure our patients receive the absolute best possible care.”
