Terri joined FirstLantic Healthcare in 2008 to direct and manage the clinical operations of the company. These operations include recruiting, training, assessing and analyzing clinical operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Terri has over 25 years of healthcare experience, of which 22 years have been in home healthcare. Terri received her RN degree from Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Miami, FL and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, Plantation, FL.
