FirstLantic Healthcare provides Medicare Certified Home Care services in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Florida.

You are eligible for Medicare Home Care if:

You currently have Medicare, Part A (non-HMO)
Your physician determines that you need home health care, and writes a prescription for home health care services
You are "homebound", meaning that it is very difficult for you to leave your home due to your medical condition
You require the services of a Nurse, Physical Therapist and/or Speech Language Pathologist

Medicare Home care provides the following types of care:

Skilled Nursing Care
Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Speech Therapy
Social Work Services
Dietary Services

The Medicare staff at FirstLantic Healthcare will help you obtain durable medical equipment (such as a cane, walker, wheelchair, portable commode, just to name a few) and necessary supplies (diabetic, wound care, catheter supplies, just to name a few).

At FirstLantic Healthcare, our Medicare staff keeps your physician informed of your progress and status on a regular basis. We believe in team work and a multidisciplinary approach to care.
